RMA request won't accept my S/N

Hi, trying to get my gtx 1060 gaming x serviced, But when i select display card and enter my S/N and symptoms. The next page says invalid S/N refer to how to obtain your S/N. I have the stock box in a plastic bag and is intact, the S/N even worked for TS.  Symptoms one fan stay twitching while the other spin full speed, if i help it with my finger start working.

Any help. Thanks

It worked for TS? What is TS? Is the card refurbished or a replacement already or bought new?

TS= Technical support/Customer service, it's a full page with your system info. They email me back with the link to the warranty process. The GPU was bought new. On the warranty page  display card is the one i need to choose? After that only ask for S/N not model.

I'm entering the box S/N 602-V328-010B1702011755  I looked with a flashlight on the installed GPU and for what i see is the same number, plus i bought this card on ebay sealed brand new.

Other question is when you choose the product, Display card (VGA) is the correct for GPU?
