Desktop won't turn on
« on: 26-December-18, 13:55:51 »

Hello, wasn't really sure where to ask this question but:

I bought an Aegis 3 less than a month ago and have been overall very satisfied. About 3 hours ago I was playing CS:GO and it just shut down and I haven't been able to turn it on since. Moments before, I got a notification from Norton Security, that there was a high CPU usage from CS:GO, and a little later it shut down. I've checked the power cable, and it works fine when powering my speakers, and I even tried a different cable. Tried three different wall plugs aswell with no success. The mouse, keyboard, soundcard and monitor all has power when connected to the desktop, but there is no reaction from the desktop itself, fans are inactive, no lights blimping whatsoever. I thought it might be overheating, but I believe an Aegis 3 should be able to run CS:GO? And now after 3 hours of cooling it still won't turn on.. I've contacted MSI, but just wanted to hear if anyone has experienced anything similar and maybe have a solution?

Won't power on is mean NO ANY POWER / NO ANY LIGHT.
If system is booting but no display, please check connect HDMI on graphic card.
Both are different.

If this system is with graphic card, please connect all monitor on graphic card.
Don't connect monitor on motherboard.
HDMI on motherboard is JUST for without graphic card.
Don't use any adapter. Example: VGA to HDMI.
Please check monitor is power on first and then press power button of system.
