How to contact with a management of MSI about poor RMA work?

07/02/2017 I bought MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE 1080 TI FOUNDERS EDITION. After few months (in October/November 2017) the GPU stopped working. 
In March 2018 I've got from MSI RMA other GPU - another one, not new, repaired, in very strange box. In August the repaired GPU stopped working also. 

I have a lot of email from RMA and no MSI GPU in my PC.

I am disappointed with the quality of MSI GPU and the company's attitude to customers.
