you can update to the latest BIOS and it should have the offset option, just click on CPU Core Voltage and it'll let you select override, auto or offset mode. but make sure you know wut you're doing, usually i'd prefer to use override mode if i want to change vcore.

where can users learn about the OFFSET ability?

CPU Offset voltage is useful for PBO overclocking on the 2700X/2600X. The stock voltage can be set  too high by Ryzen, so using a negative CPU Offset voltage,  allows the Motherboard to use less power and turbo higher and may lower temperatures on CPU.
Also google will show the way for a better answer.

you can update to the latest BIOS and it should have the offset option, just click on CPU Core Voltage and it'll let you select override, auto or offset mode. but make sure you know wut you're doing, usually i'd prefer to use override mode if i want to change vcore.

Thanks for the reply, but there is no CPU offset voltage on the X470 Gaming Plus/Pro.
There is though in X370 Gaming Plus/Pro and some B350 Motherboards.Msi just started rolling the Bios out in the last week or two. So that is why I was asking ,I can wait until it is released .

Edit: LOL Just checked the new BIOS is up with CPU Offset voltage.

PBO Working very well.
Msi x470 Gaming Plus
2600X
CPU Off Set-1.0v holding 4250Mhz gaming
CPU running 1.26v-1.28v,now time to go try a real overclock.
