Screen Goes Black While Gaming
« on: 10-January-19, 17:44:51 »

Lately, my screen has been going black every time I try to play a game. It used to not happen at all but lately, it has been cutting out on every game I try to play and I don't know why. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know if I'm being honest, but I know that I tried to mess around with some different AMD Radeon Settings to get better fps and it started after that for most of the games.

What games are you playing?
Have you tried others?
Does it happen during ALL games? Or just certain ones? Which games?
Have you tried running benchmarks? Does it happen during those benchmarks?

Please answer every question. It will make things much quicker than posting the same thing 2 or 3 times to get an answer.

1 - Rocket League, CSGO, Minecraft, Overwatch, Hearthstone, Fortnite.
2 - That's all I own right now.
3 - It happens during all games.
4 - I have not and I do not know how

Try 3DMark : https://www.3dmark.com/

Run that and see if it happens.

It could be the card, or it could be drivers. Hard to say at this point.

Have you tried the newest drivers?

I am on the newest drivers, and I tried to run it and I barely got 3fps. I could only run the free version.

It really sounds like there's more issues to your computer than just the simple video problems.
