Rx 570 Armor MK2 8gb OC 6to8 pin connector?
« on: 11-January-19, 16:06:10 »

Hello. I have a 450W Antec VP PSU. Can I connect a MSI Armor MK2 Rx570 8GB OC card to my PSU (which only has a 6 pin connector), via a 6to8 pin adapter?

No. I wouldn't trust doing that personally. It might work, but I would say your power supply is probably on the edge of 'working well' with that video card.

Give it a try, but if things don't work well, or it doesn't operate correctly, especially when playing a game, get a better power supply. 500 to 600W minimum to be honest. From a good brand. Corsair, Seasonic, etc....
