« on: 12-January-19, 14:18:11 »

Hello folks

my mother got a MSI nightblade MI2C, she got an error regarding ''overcurrent on usb device'', so i unplugged all usb devices, disconnected front usb ports, but problem still persists, what should i do? tried looking for the mainboard battery, but was unable to find it, are the IO usb ports fried for good?

any help would be appreciated, thank you kindly

For this symptom, please contact MSI RMA for the warranty service.
And i think motherboard is broken.
You can find contact info with below link:
MSI branches: http://www.msi.com/about/contact-us/
Distributors: http://www.msi.com/service/wheretobuy/

Thanks for your support to MSI.
