Worst Service Experience

Well I sent my card geforce GTX1070 gaming x which is in warranty for RMA as it is showing Artifacts in heaven unigene and 3dmark and 70% of the times in games.
I sent it through a local distributor and provided videos of the problems.
well after 11 days I got my card back with nothing done to it except opening the package and repacking it.
while asked about it they are saying we were told that gpu had display problem and we checked display is okay.
lmao you guys think a customer will send you a card if its okay?
they didnt even tried to contact me.
never ever buying a msi product again learnt my lesson.
i had to send the card again and now it will take 10 more days so i have to be without gpu.
