MysticLight 3 doesn't seem to want to work with my PC even though I know my MAG322CQRV is compatible. I've tried uninstalling ASUS Aura to see if there was a conflict or something, but that didn't help. All I want the program for is to change the LEDs on the back of my monitor; I don't care about anything else.

Then how am I supposed to control the monitor's LEDs?

Please connect USB cable from monitor to system and then use Mystic light on MSI utility-Gaming OSD.
