Bad Bios flash, change chip?

I have - msi military class 2 p67a-gd65-, with bad bios update, no image in monitor...Can i still do something with a usb or buy a new chip? 
and, can i buy a chip from this website?

1/ Try with >>Flash tool[1.06] for MSI UEFI BIOS<<. Maybe you will have display when booting on the USB and the tool will work...
2/ If that does not work, sorry but the only remaing option is to ask directly to MSI support: >>How to contact MSI<<.

you have to use SPI programmer connected via service port JSPI1,
or SOIC8 Test clip to reflash it
you can purchase such from somewhere
or you can build such at your own
