How to Access SATA Drives?
« on: 15-April-19, 14:32:05 »

Mobo is a Z370 PC Pro.

Drives:
NVME in the M.2 slot (Boot drive)
1x SSD
2x SATA Drives

In windows 10 the NVME and SSD drives show up but not the SATA drives, I'm wondering what I would need to do be able to access the data on the SATA drives?

Hi

You need to access windows disk management and assign letters to partitions / drives.

Also check which SATA ports you have your drives connected to, AFAIK having M.2 drive connected disables SATA ports 5 & 6 (double check in manual to be sure).

Hi, you're right. SATA port 1 and 5 get disabled under certain configs. It's working now. Thanks!
