GTX 1060 gamming X 6G Custom fan curve
« on: 15-April-19, 16:43:54 »

Hi,

I try to see how to create a custom fan curve for this card.

At 51C the fans pass from 80-90 % (at up to 50C) to 100% at 51C.

I'm trying to make the curve more linear since the DB from on state to the other is really annoying (mainly it stay at 100% for about 5-10 sec at the time).

I've try to use MSI Afterburner but the card do not follow the curve I set.

Any ideas?

Best regards,

Hi,

What version of MSI Afterburner did you install?

The settings of Afterburner can become corrupted sometimes. You can also delete all the files in the Profiles folder to reset Afterburner. Close Afterburner first, delete all the files found here "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Profiles", then restart your PC.

Also please post a screenshot of your fan curve settings.
