Hi,
In Bios setup page, I set OC Genie Switch to Gear 2. CPU speed of all six cores would be 3800 Mhz. Verified the CPU speed shows 3.80 Ghz in the bios set up. But I checked MSI command center, it displayed only Core0 = 3800 Mhz and other six cores = 3600 Mhz. See the attached pictures.
My mother board is X99A SLI Krait Ed. and loaded bios 7885vNA1 beta version in the MSI web page. I had Windows 10 1809 trouble for update if using the old bios 7885vN9.
The windows 10 1803 and bios 7885vN9 got no issue with CPU speed. All six cores get 3800 Mhz with same set up.
Please advise for any changes in bios setup or to wait for new bios version.

Thanks

Found it.
Windows 10 1903 caused the trouble. I loaded windows 7 with same bios setup, all six cores run at 3800 Mhz. Verified MSI Command Center and CPUID HWMonitor.
Windows 10 1809 and 1903 :gg:
