z97 gaming 7 mobo, xeon 1240 v3 cpu issues
« on: 25-May-19, 19:25:27 »

ive just recently replaced old cpu which was dual core, with xeon to be a bit more up to date, but suddenly im getting BSOD on win 10 pro, 2x4gb 1333mhz memory, i had offset cpu vcore to -0.100Mv

but in last days i had system BSOD twice now, latest bios 1.0c happens running games such as csgo or watching youtube, managed to extract minidump, but also did clean all pc prior getting cpu removing all cables etc, mem test shows no issues so a bit bummed out. Anyone who can read dumps if can take a look appreciated.
also to note ive got a lot of msi utilities as well as intel extreme to see all temps which sit between 30+ to 70-75 on max loads.
also quite few usb devices - smth gives this ping sound often when first booting up system for the day as if usb device is inserted or connected, have set system to drop full dump, also removed offset of cpu even thou it was suggested because they run on higher voltage which isnt necessary or smth, which if dubious off now.

to follow up i ran intel diagnostic tool came back clean temps never go above 75c on max loads, memory is fine, ssd's are ok as well.

im leaning towards my wireless usb card which has old drivers and i often see ralinkregistry.exe in event viewer that it stops responding thou doesnt seem to affect system, thinking maybe faulty usb ports on my case front, as i keep getting sound as if external device is being connected once loading windows every time ?

so far removed offset from cpu which seems do add fec Celsius to overall heat as opposed being in under 70c under loads with offset, but will try to play few games and youtube other stuff to see if it replicates again, since device manager doesn't throw any clues about drivers being out of date and everything seems up to date.

also if it happens have full dump setup so hoping it drops any clues in what might be the issue, as so far cant replicate it, and seems to happen on random days apart.
