MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Lightning Z .dynamic dashboard still not working with new dragon center 1.0.0.49 and mysticlight 1.0.0.15

In my case Dynamic Dashboard doesn't work if the card just a little warm and computer was restarted. It does not depend on any software. It's hardware issue. I replaced my Lightning Z, but on the second one is the issue same. I able to make the display work only by starting some game or other 3D app immediately once OS is loaded.

And it doesn't depend on BIOS version. The same behavior on LN2 or Original and versions are latest. Dynamic Dashboard could start work if in the room quite cold and you turn on the computer.
