My GV62 8RC records audio at a low quality, and the sound is also too low, even when the microphone volume is already at its highest. My phone seems to record a much higher quality audio than that of my laptop. Any tweak?

Just curious, you used the Mic-in on the left side of the laptop or the built-in microphone?
Which version of Realtek audio driver and Nahimic do you have?

Maybe try to fully uninstall the audio driver and Nahimic then reinstall again. check this post for detail guide.

Yes. I used a 3.5mm splitter for the audio-in and mic-in.
My Realtek audio driver's version is: 6.0.1.8622
Nahimic: I don't know where to find it, but on my laptop's sticker it shows "Nahimic 3"

I will try to reinstall the driver.

I reinstalled both the Nahimic microsoft app and the Realtek Audio driver, but my microphone is still the same.
Plus, Nahimic does not work now.
