Folding@home
« on: 22-April-18, 04:14:21 »

Hello all,

I've been away for a while from this forum and since then a lot has changed I see, made some really nice improvements here
I was considering starting folding again, for the MSI team, but as it seems, the whole folding section is gone.
I was wondering if I could get some peeps folding too, for the greater good, since cancer, ALS, Alzheimer, Parkinson etc., needs alot more research, so maybe it's possible to revive that section again?

Maybe, just maybe, we can find a cure faster if we all chip in, I've seen too many friends, family and co-workers die of cancer, and that was my incentive to pick up folding again.
Let me know what you folks think of it, all little bits will help.

:hat tip:

apologies to reply rather than start a new thread even if it is necro...

seems the MSI red rockets team at folding@home is still processing points from one or two active users, I too came back here searching for a thread but it seems to have been deleted.

anyway, its there , team ID 37766 if anyone wants to use spare cycles to help find a cure for cancer and others,,,
