windows 10 64 bit
« on: 10-June-19, 23:12:42 »

im new to this forum
i bought a msi board h110m pro vh plus
my config is ddr 4 ram 8 gb  processor celeron 3900 and this above mobo
earlier i installed windows 7 home 32 bit but later i realized that my ram was going a waste
so i decided to upgrade  to windows 10 pro 64 bit . so i loaded the os on a bootable pendrive and restarted my system to upgrade my windows 7. i got a msg that i cannot directly upgrade it since windows 7 is already there
i need to restart and load my old windows 7 then run the setup of windows 10 64 bit pro to upgrade my windows 7 32 bit
i did that but then it says my hardware does not support 64 bit
ive attached some screen shots which says system supports 64 bit
pls help .

It is no hardware problem. You are just running Win7 32bit. You will need to install Windows 10 64bit from scratch. Update doesn't work.
