Hi, I have been getting really weird stutter or minor input lag at stable 240FPS it will get even worst if I have a youtube video playing on the 2nd screen. I tried running the game with only one monitor plugged in, though its really smooth i will get hit with this minor stutter every few seconds with no video playing. I kept my eyes on the hardware monitor and the FPS, the FPS was stable and no usage spikes either in the hardware monitor. I tried many different firmware from nvidia but still no luck. The last thing I can think of is updating the GPU bios so here I am. I cant seem to attach the .rom file as the forum said its too large sitting at 1mb so I uploaded to Google Doc instead link here https://drive.google.com/open?id=1skqZH_35KV4CJkIcTokBw4MeYhN0Eyec

my specs are:

9900k OC 5Ghz
RTX 2080Ti MSI Light Z
Trident Z 32GB 3200Mhz
Aorus Master Motherboard
Crucial P1 1TB NVMe
RM 850X White ver.

Stuttering is not related to a vbios.

For checking if there is an update it would also take to know your S/N.

Can't say anything about the sticker as don't speak chinese as well. Looks like some product informations.

The vbios used (NV377MH.101) is the latest already so there is no update.
