Making a Burn recovery
« on: 15-June-19, 12:25:43 »

I just bought an MSI desktop and it is asking me to make a burn recovery with the MSI tool.  It says I can use a USB stick to do this.  How much memory would I need on the stick to do this?  I want to buy a stick to solely do this and make sure I buy the correct one.  Thanks!

To burn a recovery image depends on your system, but they are usually compressed.  It should tell you the size, it used to be five DVDs, about 20GB.
Use a 64GB or larger USB disk.  Please see https://www.msi.com/faq/nb-1740.html
