Power requirement for your Radeon RX 570    https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/radeon-rx-570

Typical Board Power (Desktop)

150 W

PSU Recommendation

450 W

Power off, remove the Radeon, clean the connections, carefully replace it and make sure it is seated firmly.
Check your PSU has enough power for the motherboard, GPU and other hardware that you have connected.
Hopefully, BIOS will show the graphics card as detected.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried the radeon on another PC and worked fine. I replaced the psu with the one from the other pc but still nothing.
I tried two older nvidia graphics cards and worked fine.
Maybe there is a conflict with the integrated graphics which I cant deactivate from bios since there is no such option. Deactivating the igpu from windows doesn't help.
My components are :
MSI B85m- p33 v2
I5 4570
2 X2 GB ram DDR3
650w psu
