« on: 21-June-19, 22:12:06 »

Hello! I have the following problem with this program: when I run it the app shows me "other windows opened" I tried to close all the programs, but it shows me the same message and i can't start the calibration. Can you give me a link for the latest version of the program. Thanks for the answers!

Have you looked in your task manager for the process that is running?

I run itfrom the User Account, it gives an elevated permission prompt.
Didn't work in Safe Mode for me.

Have you run a malware scan? Maybe the process that is running might be some bad stuff that hidden from the operating system, possibly a rootkit or trojan.

What the version you have on your laptop now (check that in Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features)?
What if you reboot the laptop? Will it still show that you haven't closed other programs?

Here's the link of Battery Calibration from the download page of your model: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE62-6QF-Apache-Pro#down-utility
Uninstall the old one first in Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and install again.
Export your system info file using MSI Help Desk and attach it here.
