MB MSI X570A-Pro M.2 / Lan Conflict
« on: 02-August-19, 01:50:11 »

System
Ryzen 3700X
MSI X570A-Pro
SSD M.2 2280 Intel 660p 1TB QLC NVMe

Motherboard LAN port working perfectly. Installed SSD M.2 2280 Kingston A400 240GB TLC on second M.2 slot, LAN stops working. No ethernet card detected.
Removed the Kingston SSD, all works perfectly again.

Any idea on what could cause this?

Thanks!

Premature release of motherboards / BIOS / CPU.

Does it detect the SSD?
Which BIOS version installed?

BIOS version is the latest: 7C37vH2
Yes, it detects the new SSD. It just stops detecting the LAN.

After another try, latest BIOS version seems to have solved the issue. Not sure if it was the BIOS itself that fixed it or the reset that occurs when the new BIOS was installed.

Anyway, thanks!
