Hi all, I am a newbie here.
Last week I bought the RX570 and installed in my desktop. I connected my monitor through DVI and there was a black screen.
The monitor connected back to the onboard DVI and there was my screen. In windows (WIN 10) device manager I can't see a new hardware. So I went to my BIOS to check the version and it is the latest version. The PCIE port settings I can choose auto, X1 and X2. I tried them all, still no new hardware in device manager. I contacted the supplier and I can return it.

Before I purchase a new one, I would like to double check if this would work. Is it in my case a DOA or is it due to my hardware combination?

I like to hear the advise you guys have for me.

Thanks in advance!

Greetings Daniel.

One thing I forgot to mention. I use a 650W PSU (Corsair) and the fans of the GPU does spin.
