Support for broken copy pasting

Ay mates, I've purchased an MSI computer and it has been absolutely amazing but I've experienced some serious issues. One that I can't fix is an issue with copy-pasting. Whenever I paste after swapping around in apps, I get "C:\Users\evan\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2019-08-12--14-02-36_.dmp".

I've tried restarting my computer, finding the crashdumps and I've done about anything I can do. This may be the wrong place to have asked for support but I've never had this issue with any other computer. I don't have anything that effects my keyboard other than AutoHotkey and a few macros that I've made for my Logitech Mouse.

Please provide some information as below to us for this system you used:
1. Serial number on the back cover and on the box.
It is SOP how to check it as below link:
2. The number:9S6-xxxx-xxx that you can find it on the box.
3. HDI version
    Please find a notepad from the following route. C:\windows\system32\oobe\oem
    You could find a notepad by the name of releasenote, please provide to us.
