MAG27CQ Tilted Stand
« on: 07-September-19, 13:54:55 »

Even after reading tons of negative reviews on this product, I got crazy & bought this model ... The first MSI product.
now, it's nearly 4 days to assemble monitor and it doesn't stand correctly.
Don't know where the problem comes from exactly, but I've played at least 10 hours with all screws I can and still no chance.
Interesting that it's 2019 and there are companies which release such those products with horrible quality.

Thats really bad, to me it looks like more of a internal/backplate problem rather than the stand. ram it bc of the tilt.

MSI doesn't have official branch in my country (Iran) and it sells using its distributor. (http://matris.co.ir)
So I went to distributor and it refused to change it.
Believe it?
Now I've bought a high-end monitor and paid a lot on it, but facing with an useless thing.

First and last MSI product ... It's horrible ...

I don't understand the issue..
As far as distributor and their refusal, you'd have to go through some officials in your country that protects buyers.
Also you could ask MSI directly about how to get this fixed / replaced. See >>How to contact MSI.<<

Went again to distributor's service center and almost scrapped with them ...
After testing 2 other stands, all of them was suffering from the same issue ...

Glad to know who told MSI it can create monitor ...
