I'm using MSI B350 PC MATE and title says it all.
Maybe latest BIOS update adds option to turn off them via BIOS but I'm not sure. I wouldn't update my BIOS in the short run.

the function (turn off LED from BIOS) only exist from X570 and z390 top tier board I think.  for your board, it's either mystic light or duct tape over LED :(

Yep. Mystic Light is the only "suitable" way right now.

If you had a x470, just update the BIOS... you'll never see your RGB lighting again.
