Every time I try to scan for driver updates it keeps saying "No Internet Connection" (when clearly there is) and asks me to reconnect my internet connection.  Please advise.

I have the exact same issue running a new B450 A Pro with an R5 2600. Wish I could figure out what's going on.

Live update version 6.2.0.57?

That's the version I just reinstalled for the 3rd time. And as you can tell I have an internet connection. I don't think I've ever seen a program do that before. Strange.
