In games and applications such as Unigine valley, my screen goes black for ~3 seconds at random intervals.
I think I've been able to pinpoint the source of the issue. By using MSI afterburner, reducing the default clock speed with 250MHz fixed the black screen issue.

However, it is a new video card. It doesn't feel right to reduce the clock speed in order to use it at full capacity

I've sent it to warranty but I have received '' test ok '' .. I somehow doubt their conclusion.

If it helps, before I sent it to warranty i've checked / did the following 

* Updated GPU drviers / Used older ones
* DId the same test with 2 different monitors / 2 different HDMI cables /
*Clean OS Install

If anyone can give me some ideas on how to proceed, I would be grateful.
In case I forgot some specs / details that would make it easier , I will provide them.
