Sudden Reboot on the Blue screen of death
« on: 04-January-04, 19:29:02 »

CPU is an Athlon 3200+, on an MSI K8T800 Neo motherboard (MS-6702) with two  250 Gig Western Digital Hard Drive part number WD2500JBRTL, ATI Radeon 9800XT AGA Video card, 1 Gig Centon Gemini Dual Channel memory Kit  for desk top PC3200 (DDR400) match pair 2 x 512 sticks of memory.

Questions:
1. Why would the system just reboot it self on the blue screen of death only after running several programs for about an hour?

2. In which IDE slot on the motherboard would you plug in two Ultra ATA Hard drives on the same cable?

3. Would these hard drives have to be built on this IDE slot?

4. Does the reader think is is a mother board issue, Windows XP issue or an hardware issue?

What has been done so far is down loaded the latest drivers for everything (mother board, Windows XP,  and all applications.

Please comment and thanks!
