I HAVE A MS-8348 AND IT WAS WORKING FINE. ALL OF A SUDDEN I STARTED GETTING "NO SEEK COMPLETE" ERRORS, SOMETIMES IT WOULD BURN A BIT OF THE CD, SOMETIMES MOST OF IT. IT IS FRUETRATING THE #$%& OUT OF ME.
I HAVE UPDATED THE FIRMWARE AND STILL NO DIFFERENCE. ANY IDEAS ???

Try a dry CD-Cleaner... it may be that your laser lens got dirty.

Try lowering the burn speed on your burner (Either through the burning software or the properties in My Computer). I had the same exact problem and bumping the speed down to 24x (from 48x) seems to have done the trick.
