I format MEGA Player 516. Please HELP ME !!!

I format MEGA Player 516 with winXP. Now my player is dead. When I pres start button only show MSI logo and then turn off. WinXP don't recognize my player.? Please HELP ME !!!? What to do ???? ?

My computer can't recognise Mega PLayer 516 . So I can't reload the software.  Now I have MMS card i will use other device to copy to MMS card the files.  I need of boot file or any other files who are need to start my Player. Are there any who use Mega Player 516 to send me this nessesary files.... THANKS !!!  I hope that this will fix my problem.

did you email them? they don't respond to emails to support@msi.com.tw, you must use their new online tech support forum, given in the link i posted

I have three solutions for your reference!!!

1.Pressing enter "FM / A->B key" + "REC key" will rebooting!! Please try again...

2.Reseting power plug

3.Firmware update!!!
 
Firmware update process (While mega player can't be recognized by PC):

1.Please download and install the latest firmware and driver!!(http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/ia/ia/pro_ia_detail.php?UID=601)

2.After firmware installing will show some files, please cover driver installing files(C:\Program Files\MSI\MS-5516)

3.Please plug your mega player 516 in your PC and press ?play key? continuously.

4.Please enter OS "start" (below left corner) and enter "programing collecting" and choose to "MSI MS-5516" update now!!!

5.After update success you can release of your hands

Download something like "mp3 player recovery".
Hold down the power button and after 4 seconds plug your mega player 516 in your PC.
The computer should recognize the player
