Coreliquid k360 screen doesnt work after software update.

There isn't any image that work before except one time. I recently purchased the coreliquid k360 v2. If try to load an image on screen and goes black then when switch the function of monitor temps etc (on screen) doesn't show the right metrics. But if I remove psu for 2-3 mins then all ok. The problem is only when I try to load an image. I made an update on lw led and only once a image showed up properly but when try to change it, the problem starts again. I tried another tool too from this forum for Led lw installation but no luck.

are you saying the same thing happens on K360 and K360 V2? what mb are you using?
and can you go into MSI Center\ System info and hit scan to check your current FW version?

I use MSI X570 Tomahawk Wifi
I send you a picture of system scan. I use MSI MPG Coreliquid K360 V.2. I think is a same product with LGA 1700 bracket.

I am having the exact same problem with my K360, the screen is blank after logging in to Windows. Is anyone able to help please?

what's your model name and can you describe your problem in detail? and have you tried reinstalling MSI Center?

360R does not have an OLED screen, can you check the model name again?

K240. i tried contact MSI support, they send me an update tool but not work correctly. white screen is happend after i reboot my computer, the original problem is a black screen without any content. and now is keep showing white screen even i shutdown my computer.

do you see default logo display when you connect SATA power only? if not then you might need to send the module back for RMA.

Ok guys I found the solution, it was a bit tricky and didn't understand that exactly but it works now smooth and clean. I'll post it in few minutes
.

Svet, what was cause this? (MPG CORELIQUID K360 V2) Whenever I turn off the computer, when I turn it back on it looks like this. It fixes itself when I turn the computer off and on again. (Sometimes after a few times) Update not available. Even when you change it with Direction, it's always upside down (like a mirror affect)

Hi all. Recently i face this problem as above and solve it after 2-3 days. The steps that i follow are:
1) Using Removal tool to remove MSI center- https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...-tool-and-msi-center-uninstaller-tool.362523/
2) Download MSI Center from MSI Coreliquid site (for me w11 ver.) https://www.msi.com/Liquid-Cooling/MPG-CORELIQUID-K360/support (choose operation system win10 or win11)
3) Fresh install MSI Center.
4) I use first the B130_v000B_0005 From Google drive share from this forum- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vY7S97xFFXPqaMqkwpUBM4YrDmAFZpI8/view.
5) Going to MSI Center Support-Live Update-Advanced-Install "LED_000B OLED_0005 (Now you must see it).
6) Shutdown PC, Remove PSU for 4-5 minutes.
7) Start your PC. Now for some reason (at least work in my case) choose the image you like (even if already is 240x320 and BMP format) and open it with Windows Photos app. Right click-Resize-Uncheck "Keep aspect ratio"-Set it at 240x320 (even if already is)-Save as- BMP file.
8) Now you can load it and display it on screen without any problem.

friend, I have followed your instructions to the letter and it does not work for me... I have decided use the warranty and return my coreliquid k360, replace it with a new one, and never update.
