c. Uninstall MSI Center

d. Make sure both MSI Center SDK & MSI Center is removed
e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?
    1620215129484.png
  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

With Mystic Light version 3.0.0.50, the GK50 Elite keyboard no longer syncs with other components.
If I set it to color shift with "All Sync" enabled, the mouse (GM30) and the motherboard RGB is in sync while the keyboard is stuck in a single color

is it controllable if you control GK50 alone? if it's not controllable, can you reset the keyboard by holding FN+ESC for 5 secs?

yes, GK50 is controllable alone, the issue is that it cannot sync with rest of the components lights
I have also tried to reset the keyboard using FN+ESC several times but the issue still remains

what are your other components? have you tried a clean reinstallation?

The tool is for collecting MSI Center/Dragon Center/Creator Center log file for troubleshoot.

and is this only with color shift or other LED styles fail as well?

Other components are the motherboard (B550 Gaming Edge Wifi), RAM (GSKILL Trident Neo), and Mouse (GM30)
Yes I have tried a clean installation and also reconfigured everything from scratch however issue remains

The issue happens on all light effects in sync mode except for Rainbow.

The log file can be download from the OneDrive link

Hello,

Last update (2.0.13.0) completely break the Fan System management on my system (B550I Gaming Edge Max Wifi) System fan is stuck a 1200 RPM in silence mode instead of 700-800 normally. I've also lost the Chipset Temperature in Hardware Monitoring.

This version is not stable. Is it possible to downgrade version without MS Store push the update ?

Rgds,
Cédric

Try this Link was working before
Then you will need to Disable Updated in the App Settings
But version 2.0.13.0 seems to be working mostly
I had to reeboot my system several times before it did work.
And It seems to be clashing with some APP's on my Build it will crash Aida64 if I run a Scan from it for System info or Advanced Updated
So ther may be other apps it is conflicting with during the install. or for Montering info like temps

The issue was duplicated and MSI will fix it with further MSI Center updates.
Have a try again after MSI Center updates.
Until then as a temporary workaround control GK50 Elite’s LED separately.

Hello everyone i have problem with msi center not seeing my motherboard :)
To the point, the "MSI Center" dont see my motherboard, but also i have the stock AMD Wraith Prism cooler( is does have the RGB), and the mobo dont see it when i plug it to the ubs2.0 header.
When im going to the Mystic Light i have information that "mainboard LED firmware is abnormal bla bla bla"
I cannot change the LED's on MOBO cuz the msi software dont see it.
I tried all, went thru all 24 pages of the forum.
I was replacing the LEDkeeper2.exe all versions i found on the web
I tried flashing other Bios versions.
Please help somehow :)

Since last update, the MSI Center (v.2.0.14) causes problems by resetting or switch the Power Management Plans.
All entries shown on the pic, are about MSI Center.
Please fix it.

Hello all! I'm having an issue of this kind. In the 1.9 version of Msi Center my RGB stuff was working just fine. After the app updated to the 2.0 it stopped detecting my Patriot Viper ram. MoBo is Mpg Z590 Gaming Carbon WiFi. I tried EVERYTHING, including bios restore/update.
I noticed that when i end the LedKeeper2 Process, the rgb on my ram turns off and after a few seconds it turns on again. I'm pretty sure that process has something to do but i'm to ignorant on this kind of stuff and i can't figure out what to do.
