How to re-install MSI Center?
1. MSI Center/Dragon Center Removal Tool
No brainer uninstaller that remove MSI Center in one click
2. Follow steps below
a. Go to Apps & features.

b. Uninstall MSI Center SDK

c. Uninstall MSI Center

d. Make sure both MSI Center SDK & MSI Center is removed
e. Re-install MSI Center from scratch again
  • How to install Dragon Center/Creator Center if I have already installed MSI Center?
Why do you want to do that? But if you insist on making the “wrong decision”,
    • 1. Follow the steps above to uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK.
    • 2. Search for MSI Dragon Center/MSI Creator Center in Microsoft Store to install Dragon Center/Creator Center.
    • 3. Waiting for the installation to complete.
  • Why does Dragon Center ask to uninstall MSI Center SDK before installing?

  • This is what you get for not liking MSI Center, but you can fix it by opening command prompt and type “reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI” and enter “yes” after.
    Note.
Make sure no MSI Center registry key left in the specific path

Hi everyone! Today I noticed that there's no Monitor tab in my MSI Center 2.0.10.0. Have tried uninstall/re-install the software multiple times i.e. done almost everything - no joy! My Windows 11 Pro version is up-to-date. What can be wrong?
Can you supply screenshot

You will get no actual assistance in making this work. MSI Center is extremely buggy.

I have spent hours trying to make it work one way or another. It won't. If you do by chance hit that miracle installation, on the next startup or next opening of MSI Center, all will be lost again.

My issue is that half of the installed features (of course the ones I want) don't show up on the Features Tab and when I open them from the other page they take me to the Support Tab. So that's been fun. The only thing that I have access to in MSI Center is Mystic Light and it requires an occasional computer shutdown and reboot to keep it working.

Most of the features require a supported MSI motherboard/GPU, check to see if your motherboard is supported.

I follwed these directions @justin_r_bake15bf02ed

Step1. Please uninstall original MSI Center on app list.
Step2. Please remove MSI Center SDK in programs and features in control panel.
Step3. Restart once.
Step4. Delete the folder C\\MSI and C\\Program Files(x86)\ MSI.
Step5. Restart once.
Step6. Please install latest MSI Center

I installed MSI Center from the windows app store .. a big departure for me. Typically I'd download and install from MSI.

Didn't work for me I'm afraid! Still the same problem of getting stuck on loading modules.

I've had no real problems with it, other than corsair products not always playing nice with MSI Centre. could it be you have several RGB controlling programs all trying to do things all at once?
It's not just Mystic Light. It's all of the features. Half or more won't even show up in the Features Tab, opening them from the Features Page takes me to the Support Tab. When you do manage to get anything working then on next restart or the next time you open MSI Center everything is lost. It's just bad software. I am not the only one having these issues. The are hundreds of posts saying the exact same thing.

You think by now they would have a solid product, sad to stay it appears to be fraught with issues.

Submit a case to MSI and perhaps they have a beta version or something.
I submitted a ticket a long time ago and still have no working solution for "waiting for loading modules" . All my MSI parts in the PC can`t be controlled and also my RGB fans and RAM connected to the MSI motherboard.
Also have a topic here: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...hawk-wifi-msi-center-stuck-on-loading.383620/
and again nothing ...
the biggest software disappointment of all time. My whole PC is blocked by this and there is nothing we can do.

They have now released a bios for 7000 series 3D chips!

RESOLVED for me...
Hi all, I raised a case with MSI Support on the 18th March 23 and today my issue has been resolved. They requested I run and submit the log files generated the MSI Collect Log Tool. Within 2 days they had identified a piece of software which was causing MSI Center to fail. The software was Citrix Workspace (which I had downloaded from the Citrix website - Latest version). I was asked to uninstall Citrix Workstation, reboot, complete the MSI Center Install. At this point I rebooted and confirmed MSI Center was working as expected. Then I was instructed to download Citrix Workspace (FROM THE MS STORE... not the CITRIX Website). Once installed I confirmed both applications to work as expected
Didn't work for me I'm afraid! Still the same problem of getting stuck on loading modules.

Known Issue: MSI Center hangs at "Please wait patiently for loading modules"
View attachment 170502
Reason: Software conflict with "Citrix Workspace for Windows"
Workaround: Remove Citrix Workspace for Windows completely, Reboot and re-install "Citrix Workspace" from windows store
I can confirm this also resolved the issue for me!

It worked! Thank you so much for the solution!

Finally we know the reason. Hope they fix it in the next versions!

Thank you again!
